BASE SYSTEM TRAINING:
Our normal, preferred
installation process is one day on site to install our equipment, capture their
data and review the getting started manual and two days on site to go
live. The customer will need to attend a
classroom training session at BMS some time prior to their go live.
There is no additional cost
to this training method as the trainer’s time and travel expenses are included
in the sale price.
There is no substitute for
the detailed, four day classroom training session. However, there are some alternatives for
additional cost:
If the customer is not going
to be attending classroom training then they can choose to have an extra day
added to the installation and an additional day added to the go live. This option is included as an option on the
price sheet at an additional $650 plus two extra days of expenses to be
included in the price.
This option includes
scheduled telephone training to cover the training manual with the customer.
Additional on site training
days are $650 per day, plus travel expenses.
Additional telephone training
is available for $50 per hour between 9-5 est and $75 per hour for telephone
training outside normal business hours.
The customer is responsible for telephone charges.
ACCOUNTING TRAINING:
Accounting training is
available during our monthly classroom accounting training sessions. The price for this training is included in
the price of the applications.
Additional On site training
days are $650 per day, plus travel expenses.
Telephone training is
available for $50 per hour between 9-5 est and $75 per hour for telephone
training outside normal business hours.
The customer is responsible for telephone charges.
